The Hope Care Team (HCT) is a collaborative and coordinated team of people who work with both the Lead Pastor and Spiritual Care team to provide integrated care for the people of Hope Covenant. The primary focus is on physical and tangible acts of care (VISITS: Home/Hospital, RIDES to appointments, MEALS, small ACTS OF SERVICE, CALL & TEXT follow up, etc.) creating a space and system for helping our Hope Family. Through the implementation of the Hope Care Team, you have the opportunity to serve in 5 different areas-- visits, calls & texts, meals, rides and acts of service.
