WELCOME TO HOPE COVENANT'S ONLINE GIVING.  For your convenience, we have the ability to accept online contributions via secure web services. Online giving is a safe and easy way to support the ministries of our church. If you have any questions, view the documents below or contact our church office.

Now you can give right from your smartphone! Text to Give is a new, quick and secure option for those who want to help support kingdom work here at Hope and in our community by a simple text message!


How to set up Text to Give:


1. Text the phrase GIVE and the amount you would like to give to 320.228.4499


2. You will receive an instant reply text saying "How much would you like to give?" 


3. Simply reply how much you'd like to give and it will go directly to our General Offering account. 


If you'd like to choose a more specific account to give to - simply text the desired amount and the fund keyword to the 320.228.4499. (Ex: 250 Capital for $250.00 to the Capital Campaign Fund). 


Fund Keywords: Offerings (General Offerings), Capital (Capital Campaign), Benevolent (Benevolent Fund), Camper (Every Kid A Camper Fund), Memorial (Memorial Fund), Family (Family Ministry), PostSecEd (Post Secondary Education Grant), People (People to People Ministries). 

ONLINE GIVING FAQ'S

Q: Why would I want to give to the church using Online Giving?

A: Many people who give regularly find that Online Giving is a convenient option to fulfill their giving commitments. This is especially true when you cannot attend a worship service.


Q: Is it safe to give online?

A: Yes. Our On Line Contribution service protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. 

When you enter personal or financial information, it is encrypted when transmitted.


Q: What types of bank accounts can I give from?

A: You can give online from your checking account via an E-Check (ACH) transaction. 

You can also give using Credit/Debit Cards.


Q: What do I need to do to start Electronic Giving?

A: Just click on “Make A Donation" button. You can schedule a recurring gift, or a one-time donation. 

At the bottom of the donation page, you will be given the option of creating an account so you won’t have to re-enter information in subsequent visits.


Q: Are there any fees involved with giving online?

A: Hope Covenant incurs a small administrative processing fee for the service. There is a box to check if you would like to pay the fee to further help the church.


Q: Can I make a one-time contribution?

A: Yes. The system allows you the option of either making a one-time contribution or setting up a recurring contribution. For a one-time contribution, the payment will be made immediately or, for recurring contributions, you can schedule the payments to come out of your bank or Debit/Credit Card account on the date(s) you specify.


Q: If I want to set-up a recurring gift, what are my options for frequency?

A: For recurring gifts, you have the option of giving weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.


Q: Can I change my personal information or the amount/frequency of my gift once I have set it up?

A: Yes. You can change or cancel your contribution at any time before the date of your next contribution. Simply sign in to the system with your email address and password to make the necessary changes.

Q: Can I review my donation history online?

A: Yes. You can log into your Hope Covenant Breeze account and see all of your contributions - online or by check.


Q: Will I still receive regular contribution statements from the church?

A: Yes. The church will continue to send year-end contribution statements including online and conventional contributions as well as statements during the year.


Q: How will I know that I set up my gift correctly?

A: Immediately after submitting your contribution, you will receive an e-mail receipt verifying your contribution.


Q: When will contributions be withdrawn from my account?

A: Contributions will be withdrawn from your specified bank account within 48 business hours of the date you request. This time frame allows for the contribution to process through your bank and the church's bank. If the date of your contribution falls on a weekend or a holiday, the transaction will be initiated on the next banking day.


Q: Can I designate my gift to a particular purpose?

A: Yes. Gifts can be designated by the drop-down box with giving alternatives such as General Offering, Benevolent Fund, Capital Improvement or other Designated Funds.


Q: Will my information be kept private?

A: The Online Giving Registration Form requires you to give us contact information (like your name and e-mail address). Hope Covenant will not share your personal information to third parties. This information is stored in your file in a secure environment separate from our website. Please keep your information safe by protecting your login information. Access to sensitive personal and financial information can be gained by letting someone else use your account or by leaving the information for someone else to see. Always sign out when finished.
